Technology Management

Alpha Network Systems will analyze, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions based on your evolving needs. Our implementation services will complete the installation of these solutions when appropriate.

Along with our Technology Management services is our on-going Help Desk and On-Site Support. We offer 24/7 monitoring of your servers and critical systems as well as continual maintenance of servers and PCs to keep your technology running effectively and efficiently through our Managed Services.

Alpha Network Systems can also provide management of technology projects. Our experienced staff provides total project life cycle management, helping you bring your projects in on-time, on-budget, and on-task by closely monitoring project schedules, costs, and resources to mitigate problems and unforeseen risks.

 

Virtual CIO:

Alpha Network System’s Virtual CIO services offer small and medium sized companies expertise and guidance in developing strategies for implementing and managing technology based on the direction of the business. This is the same level of service that larger companies receive from their Chief Information Officer (CIO) except now it is available to you on a part-time, as-needed basis.

In addition, our Technology Management services provide an on-going oversight of your company’s technology initiatives and support.

Alpha Network Systems is well aware of the increasing threats to business systems that accompany advances in technology. Alpha Network Systems works with you to identify the assets that need protection. We then perform internal and external vulnerability assessments to determine how secure your network and your important assets are, and what should be done to improve the level of security. We help you define and determine security policies, assist in their implementation, and provide on-going assistance to address emerging threats.
